"Let's get more active"
As part of our "Let's get more active" month pupils are walking a mile during tutor time.
As a school, we are talking about the physical and mental health benefits of getting some fresh air and adding some physical activity to your day. The NHS say that all young people should aim to do 60 mins of moderate to vigorous activity per day, something that gets you out of breath, gets your heart beating faster and makes your body temperature rise.
Thanks to all pupils and staff who are taking part in this initiative, a great way to start the day.
