As ‘Leader of Year 8’ I aim to encourage students to realise their individual potential and take pride in their own performance.  Whilst I am keen to promote ambition and aspiration as their teacher and director, it is important that Budehaven students show respect and kindness to each other and develop as well rounded individuals who will contribute positively to the community.

I will support students to reach their academic potential and I will advise them about their future career pathways; together we will discuss and explore student’s GCSE Option choices and further education.

The journey ahead of us will be exciting and perhaps difficult at times but I will endeavour to support and nurture our students during year 8 readying them for their next stage.
